Charming Antique Victorian 14K Rose Gold Red White Blue Paste Floral Ring Size 8

A beautiful antique Victorian 14k rose gold, silver and multi-color paste flower ring. This adorable antique mid Victorian ring looks to have started life off as a silver-topped solid gold floral stickpin with a later added Victorian solid 14k rose gold wide band creating a beautiful and very sweet ring! The ring shows a charming silver-topped gold flower with glowing red, white and blue faceted paste stones representing ruby, diamond and sapphire, the red and blue paste stones have been square cut and the white paste stone round cut for contrast, the flower completed with a floral stem inset with a further white paste stone-so cute and pretty! The ring is unmarked and tests for 14k gold. The ring measures approximately a size 8. The flower measures approximately 15mm x 8mm. The larger stones measure about 4mm-4.5mm and the small stone about 2mm. The ring rises approximately 6mm above the finger and weighs approximately 2.9 grams. The ring is in general very good condition with all over wear including inside the band where the flower has been attached, the paste stones have a little wear and a few shortened prongs.
