Vintage signed Vargas Whiting & Davis High Relief Hinged Cuff Bracelets. Vargas is silver tone (there are store stickers still attached to the inner rim); gold tone is Whiting and Davis. Both have safety chains. They basically have the same design. Both basically have the same measurements- 2 1/4″x 2 1/3″ across the inner diameter approx.
